22 Jul 2008 - Rain washed away my thoughts
Dear Diary,
As I was saying, the extra day off really makes a difference to me and the family.
I am so pissed off right now smoke is coming out of my ears!
Well, someone tried to steal my new deck and it must have gotten away from them and either floated out onto the rocks or else they pushed it out to the rocks because I found a couple of parts of it on top of the bridge down the street where someone must have tried to load it into a truck and it fell back down the hill..... Before I discovered it I jumped in the car armed with a baseball bat and a pack of gum. Not sure which I would need most but determined to find the culprit and beat the crap right out of them, or chew my gum and spit it in their eye or something. I don't know which. can't even begin to figure out how to get the thing back up the creek back up to the trailer for now. Good thing I bought those ugly rubber wading pants because now I am going to need them. oy vay.
What a day. It finally rained and the cool rain felt so good against my warm skin that I rolled the window down on the way home and let it splash all over me. By the time I got home I was drenched but it sure felt good.
I am supposed to buy the large smokehouse from the neighbor tomorrow sometime. I am excited because it is as large as a small house with windows and a big door. Decided to turn it into a kennel building for the dogs and cats as well as keeping their supplies out there on some shelves. May copy their pics and frame them to put out there as well as trophies and ribbons that they have. They will need a daytime air conditioner and a small sink inside of it too. I have one at the old house if it hasn't been stolen by now.
Downloaded some really cool fonts. I am afraid I need a font support group because I have so many now. I downloaded Henry Morgan Hand and other nifty signature fonts.
