God's most cherishes secrets are hidden inside the human skull-Ecstasy, eternal love, grace, and mystery. This doesn't seem possible at first glance. If you take a scalpel to the brain, you will cut into soft gray tissue that doesn't respond to the touch.
There are lakes of slow-running water and caves where light never penetrates. You wouldn't suspect that a soul is hiding here somewhere, that spirit can find its home in an organ almost as liquid as red blood cells and as mushy as an unripe banana.

How to know God
Dear Diary,
Well another visit to the doctor today and Doctor O said that majority of my issues stem from a deep rooted inner ear problem.
So he gave me something that helped right away. I feel great relief today. When I run out I am going to have to boy more of this stuff because it works so well. I can hear again and don't feel like my perception is distorted any longer. Inside the human skull is a whole plethora of amazement.
At least I no longer hear the ocean when I place my right ear down on the pillow at night. I love the ocean but not in my head. I did wake up this morning with a shattering headache and every cell in my body crying out for me to return to the ocean. Why is this I wonder.
I haven't done any experiments lately so I decided to plant some mustard green inside in some pots beneath the florescent light to see how they do. Everyone here seems to plant them outside when it is about to freeze but then in two weeks they are a bitter yellow looking then fall to the ground dead shortly after. I see no logic in this method. Lately as I drive along I can't help noticing that this is the year for pampass grass. I have always loved the stuff and have always had it growing in some remote location in my yard. Since moving to Tennessee I haven't been able to find the kind that blossoms with fronds of fluffy white. I have seen some nearby and can't wait until spring to buy some for this yard as it makes a kind of dramatic statement to a bland yard providing everything else works out of course.
Little fawn's school trip is coming up in April and we couldn't go last year but this year how convenient that we moved only thirty or so miles away from where it is being held this year. Couldn't have lucked out any better than that now could we.
The man that I caught on the property has planted cabbages in his winter garden this year. wouldn't it be funny if I went and borrowed a cabbage and the next time he comes to poach he finds his missing cabbage growing at the creek? I know I have thousands of other random useless thoughts like this per day. In all of this hunting there has been two dead deer in the neighbor's yard festering unnoticed until this week. He said his dog found them and they were shot nearby but can run for miles when shot or injured. What a tragic way for them to die. I see no good in hunters at all anymore.
The temperature has dropped and I have cleaned out the fireplace. After Santa's big exit it it now time to get the logs rolling.
There is nothing I enjoy more than a peaceful even fire going during dinner followed by a few mugs of hot chocolate with waves of frothy marshmallows on top.
I don't write here often anymore because I am studying the effects of cellular memory and entropy type things. You know- the usual stuff.
Looks like myself and legend813 are going to have quite a nice looking coffee-table book being finished very soon. I am please with the half finished results. My friend gave me a large variety of meat when she moved and I am hopefully about to cook myself out of it. The new rules is no meat in the house. If it is here it is too tempting to eat and better to just omit it from the grocery list entirely. Little Fawn is used to eating mostly fruits and veggies and for mom the meatless chicken and pork chops are working wonders.
Three times per week I walk a half hour then do five hundred sit ups, which brings my total workout to roughly around an hour on those days.
I have heard that the mesh that is inside of me will soon be on recall. Some brands are already being recalled due to liver damage and other organ damage. Gosh darn that does present a problem now doesn't it. Will there be more hole drilling in my legs? How will my insides stay up if their support system is being removed? I see no good either way of keeping it or removing it.
I have so much pain it would be nice to remove but what if I keep it in? Will I receive compensation because I don't have insurance anymore to remove it? When treading over sleeping tigers one must remain calm to prevent being bitten. All goes back to waiting. No action. Only waiting.
My I-Ching reading for today.

Your Present Hexagram
64- Wei Chi /Not yet Fording.
The situation is incomplete, but the chaos of the past is slowly giving way to order, and the goal is in sight. Nevertheless, you are still treading on thin ice - the way ahead is unobstructed, the goal is clear, but a cautious and careful attitude is still essential, lest you slip and fall.
Nearing Completion is the last hexagram of the I Ching. It suggests that the ever-spinning wheel of life never reaches an absolute conclusion. Just as a hidden sadness resides in the heart of true euphoria, just as the seeds of great achievement often sprout first in a cauldron of adversity, so too no end is ever really complete without a new beginning stirring inside it. Though we divide life into categories in order to understand and master it, experience itself is seamless. With this reading, the 64-spoked, the timeless wheel of change is ready to spin onward, ever evolving, ever staying the same.
The situation represented by this reading can be compared to that of taking a lengthy trek over a high mountain. At some point before reaching the peak, you can see in detail exactly how much farther you must travel. You will have a good idea what it will take to reach the top, because of the climbing experience you've accumulated thus far. However, when you do reach the peak, which has been in sight for quite a long period of sustained effort, you will have done only that. You will have reached the top - achieving your initial goal - but now you must still descend the other side. This last critical segment is what remains before completion.
You may have little information and no experience of what it's like descending the other side of the mountain. All your attention may have been focused on the route up. The coming situation may seem very strange to you, unlike anything that you have experienced before. For the back side of the mountain is where all of the true mysteries reside. Proceed carefully, cautiously, alertly - and you will reach your goal.
Your Changing Lines
The Changing Lines are the part of an I-Ching reading that give the most powerful advice about a situation or issue, because they represent the factors that are causing things to change right now.
You have two Changing Lines. Either one or the other or some combination of both of them will be relevant.
The first changing line is line 1
In periods of chaos, there is a strong tendency to become overanxious, to throw caution to the wind and rush on to the end. Like the young fox which dashes ahead too quickly as it nears its goal, one can be treading on thin ice if an attempt is made to escape problems too quickly.
The second changing line is line 5
The rascals have been routed, and victory is close at hand! Just as the sun shines sweetest after a hard rain, so the victory is all the more joyous by contrasting it with the alternative outcome. Bask for a time in the glory of the successful struggle, and then move ahead carefully toward what now can be yours. The time is ripe for great achievement.
Your Future Hexagram
10- Lu /Treading carefully.
People of ability find their way, and make progress even in difficult circumstances. Consider your steps carefully when you are surrounded by powerful forces. Weak and strong forces (or people) can co-exist when the weaker element does not impose upon the stronger, when the weaker maintains good humor and avoids taking bold action. When treading among sleeping tigers - or slippery stones - step gingerly; and don't stumble.
In the company of strong, brash people, rushing wildly ahead brings misfortune. Now is not a good time for taking the initiative; rather, try getting by with a little grace and good humor. In the court of a powerful king, the jester often has more power than the prince.
