"Hear me, four quarters of the world - a relative I am!
Give me the strength to walk the soft earth, a relative to all that is! Give me the eyes to see and the strength to understand, that I may be like you. With your power only can I face the winds."

Daylight, full of small dancing particles and the one great turning, our souls are dancing with you, without feet, they dance. Can you see them when I whisper in your ear? ~Rumi
Dear Diary,
On the way out for coconut chocolate cappuccino this morning I had to stop the van for a large white barn owl that had caught a chicken and was eating it in the middle of the road. Mystified by this spectacle Little Fawn inquired about what type the owl was and why it was so beautiful and white so this week we are going to study owls as well as reading traffic signs.
I have to say that cappuccino was the best that I have ever had. It was sweet but not too sweet and when small amount of ice is added first it always turns out perfectly drinkable as soon as you pour it into the cup. I could drink my fill of that stuff and swim away in it if I could.
Finally got around to taking Little Fawn Christmas shopping. The stores are so packed these days remind me please never to wait until the last minute ever again because we stood in line at the checkout for almost twenty minutes each place that we went to.
I think I am going to put the dogs back on Diamond dog food because I am still not getting the results that I want from this stuff. I found a place on the way to Dayton that sells it so I might call them and see what their prices are so I can stop here this evening on one of my usual jaunts out of town exploring. Rocky the border collie needs groomed this weekend as well as everyone else needing heart-wormer and nail cuttings. These days I don't even have time for my nails let alone all those extra toenails that need it too.
