The shattering of higher thought causes one consciousness to appear as many.
~Pada IV. Sutra 5Dear Diary,
Well, a lot has happened in a short amount of time that I have been away!
Every day brings new creative inspiration, the trees are now all different colors. Leaves floating aimlessly without worry down the stream.
Sorry about never updating Legend813, as you can see I am not dead like you originally assumed :)
The feed trough was a big hit with the locals. I have everything from birds to bunnies and deer eating out of it now. I bought some corn for the deer and there is a family that enjoys hanging out around it. I often hear gunshots firing in the distance which unsettles me.
I saw a beautiful wolf nearby but can't swear in the misty morning fog that it wasn't just a big white dog. Wasn't about to get any closer and when it saw us emerging from the fog it high tailed it and ran as fast as it could.
I finally found a doctor worth his grain of salt and after only seeing me for a few short minutes finally discovered what was wrong with me.
I had a strep throat infection which led to a secondary infection which triggered a urinary track infection. No wonder I was in so much pain.
Every part of my body seemed to have something wrong with it that needed immediate medical attention. I almost had to be hospitalized so thank goodness he discovered what the other boneheads couldn't find. I feel that oriental doctors are superior when it comes to that kind of thing anyway so I knew going to him that everything would be ok. He said it would take me some time to recover but within a month or two I should feel better and have a little more energy starting to return. I was so scared that it might have been cancer or something really awful because I just seemed to keep getting worse and worse. For over a month I could barely get out of bed without my left side or my back hurting terribly. Because when I went to work I lost my insurance and have been paying for doctor's visits and medicines out of pocket. They got my blood pressure back down but the cholesterol level has made no change, even on medicine and complete diet changes that I have made. I have too much adrenaline in my system and have found little to help me with this other than exercise to mellow it back out.
I have given up red meat, switched to whole grains and black beans in place of meat on everything, more veggies and fruit and more soup with less sodium in it and eating more rice.
Lil hottie and I are back en'communicado but I don't have the time or patience to travel to Athens very often except for groceries and so forth so we don't see one another that much. I do like him a lot and he is funny to be around but I also like one of my fellow bloggers too. I haven't read his blog in a while so when I go wireless it is usually the first thing that I do. He is very passionate about his writing and our blog seem to be similar all the time. He has a lot of girls constantly writing to be with him and I no longer have the internet at home so I hope that he waits for me so I can get back in touch when I find a better faster server. I love wireless but not enough people have it yet for me to get a good connection out in the sticks.
Mr Hot Pants wrote me after I sent him the rest of his stuff saying that he is getting married. I think that is wonderful for him that he found someone else that can tolerate his use of drugs and stealing because I am done with toxic relationships like that from now on. I wish him well and let him go happily to pursue my higher purpose.
My dog Biggie is going to have to have her leg amputated because of the broken hock joint so I am saving up for that right now. She has a strong will of survival so I can't see putting her to sleep over just the hock.
In my time off from work I have been studying the teachings of the Ishayas through the Yoga sutras of Patanjali. it is a marvelous bedtime read that really broadens the mind. My original Reiki Master studied about them when he first started doing reiki. I hope that it can be a wonderful learning experience for me as well.
I tried to call James and Rachel to see if they wanted to go to the bookstore with me when I went to Knoxville but their phone was out of order so I don't know if they changed the number or just have it on hold for now. While I was there I traded all of my old books for some fresh newer reading material. I am so happy that they told me about that place. So is Little Fawn because she got a bible xbox game and some veggie tales and a lot of other videos in exchange for the stuff that she never watched anymore.
I hope everyone is well and has a Happy Thanksgiving in case I don't get back online before then,
I love you.
All is well.
Aho Mitakuye' Oyasin,
